2 cups Kewpie Mayo

2 tbsp Siracha

Siracha

Green onions

Sesame seeds

  1. Cook plain rice and salmon filet.

  2. Mix rice with toasted sesame oil and rice wine vinegar.

  3. In a bowl, cut up imitation crab and salmon into small chunks and mix with kewpie Mayo, cream cheese and siracha.

  4. In a baking dish, layer rice and pack down and top woth Furakake. Then add salmon/ imitation crab mixture on top and pack down.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
