Baked Brie cheese wheel with fig spread

Honestly, is there a y wrong way to eat brie? But a baked brie cheese wheel screams the holidays.

This is one of my favorite appetizers to make because as always, it is super simple and only takes 30 minutes.

I pair this one with mixed nuts, cranberries

and dried apricots (my favorite combo)! And it comes out stunning each time.

Ingredients:

- brie cheese wheel

- Pie dough

- Fig spread/ jam

Direction:

1. roll out the ready dough

2. Place Brie wheel in the middle

3. Top with fig spread

4. Fold dough over cheese wheel starting front the center and work your way around

5. Seal the middle with a spoonful of fig spread

6. Brush oil on top of dough so dough won’t burn

7. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
