This freebie is a must! I always start my birthday with my free Starbucks drink. You can get any size and any drink. Keep in mind you only get 24 hours after your birthday date to redeem your free drink.

That's it! The day of your birthday, you will have the below birthday reward available for 24 hours to redeem.
I always seem to go for a Chai tea latte with this one.
Jersey Mikes - who doesn't want a free sub for their birthday. You will get an email on your birthday for this Sub. Often times, it's a coupon but the majority will be points added to your account in honor of a free sub. And yes any sub on the menu!

Make sure to enter your birth date and make sure you allow email notifications.

Nothing Bundt Cakes - this one was new for me this year. After creating a rewards account, you will receive an email a couple of days before your birthday to redeem a bundtlet. You will need to show the email in addition to your ID for this freebie.

You cannot go wrong with any drink at coffee bean in my opinion but I love their matcha latte (it is the creamiest).
Sephora - When you are a Sephora beauty insider, you get a free gift on your birthday.

During your birthday month, visit any Sephora and you will get a birthday gift. There is usually 2-3 sets to pick from.
This year I picked the Laura Mercier gift because I know I will use it. But this is also a great way to try different products without paying anything to see if you will like it.
Ulta Beauty - Similar to Sephora, you create a free rewards account and get a freebie gift during your birthday month. Bonus, you also get a $10 coupon off any purchase.

This year, they were out of the birthday gift which is usually a product that is a sample. But they honored me with a gift set from Clinique and you can always go back to get the birthday gift as well!

Crumbl cookies - this one was also new for me this year and super easy. After creating a profile, an email will be sent the day of your birthday giving you one free cookie.
