Corn Souffle

Everyone knows that the holidays are all about the sides. I adore easy side dishes that are simple and delicious.

This easy corn souffle is delicious and takes less than 10 minutes to out it all together. The hardest part is leaving it along in order to set after it bakes.

Ingredients:

5 oz Corn bread mix

5 oz can corn kernels

5 oz can creamed corn

1 stick unsalted butter

1 cup Sour Cream

1 egg

Directions:

  1. In baking dish, add both corn cans, corn bread mix, sour cream and egg.

  2. Cube stick of butter and place cubes throughout dish.

  3. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until crust is golen.

  4. Allow for dish to set and cool for 45 minutes before cutting into it.

As always, enjoy! And feel free to reach out.

Curious, do you drain off the whole corn before adding?
