If you already live burrata, you gotta try this fried burrata salad.
Ingredients:
2 Burrata balls
1 Egg
1/2 cup Flour
1 cup Breadcrumbs
6 oz Greens mix
10 oz Baby tomatoes
1/4 cup Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Directions:
Coat burrata in flour, then egg then breadcrumbs.
Coat greens, cucumbers and tomatoes in olive oil, salt and pepper.
Fry until golden
Place burrata on salad mixture.
Top with parmesan and olive oil
