This simple recipe is great for appetizers year round. With only a few simple ingredients, it Is so flavorful and as always, easy to put together.
Ingredients:
French bread can
2 garlic heads
1 bunch parsley
1 stick of Butter
2 cups cheese mixture (Parmesan, romano and Asiago)
Cut ends of garlic exposing each clove and place in foil. Drizzle with oil covering the top completely. Losely close the foil and place in oven for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
In a bowl, mix butter, parsley, spices, and roasted garlic heads.
Remove bread from can and roll it out.
Cover bread with butter mixture then the shredded Parmesan cheese on top.
Cut dough into even squares and place squares onto each other in a loaf pan. Tip: place loaf pan vertical to place easily.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes until top is golden and dough is cooked through.
