Affogato

I often find that simple desserts get overlooked but are usually so delicious. Prime example is an Affogato!

Affogato is basically an espresso based dessert. It's vanilla ice cream or gelato with fresh espresso poured right over it.

Ingredients:

3 scoops Vanilla ice cream or gelato

1/4 cup Fresh espresso

Directions:

1. Prepare espresso

2. Scoop ice cream into serving cup

3. Create a hole in the middle of the ice cream and pour the espresso right in the middle.

4. Serve and enjoy!
