One of my favorite side dishes to make next to steak or chicken are these super easy garlic butter nushrooms.
Ingredients:
16oz Baby Bella Mushrooms
Half stick of butter
3 tbsp avocado oil
Once bunch Italian parsley
5 large garlic cloves
Directions:
Wipe off mushrooms with a damp towel and remove stems. (Pro tip: save stems with other vegetable scraps to make vegetable broth).
In a pan, add avocado oil and butter and toss in mushrooms. Once mushrooms are coated, allow to sit in pan untouched in order to get a crust. (This helps keep their integrity so they don't get watery)
Add chopped garlic cloves.
Once garlic cloves are golden, remove off heat and add in parsley.
Serve and enjoy!
