Garlic Butter Mushrooms

One of my favorite side dishes to make next to steak or chicken are these super easy garlic butter nushrooms.



Ingredients:

16oz Baby Bella Mushrooms

Half stick of butter

3 tbsp avocado oil

Once bunch Italian parsley

5 large garlic cloves



Directions:

  1. Wipe off mushrooms with a damp towel and remove stems. (Pro tip: save stems with other vegetable scraps to make vegetable broth).

  2. In a pan, add avocado oil and butter and toss in mushrooms. Once mushrooms are coated, allow to sit in pan untouched in order to get a crust. (This helps keep their integrity so they don't get watery)

  3. Add chopped garlic cloves.

  4. Once garlic cloves are golden, remove off heat and add in parsley.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
