Garlic Mushrooms

I am all about simple side dishes to go with my main protein of choice. These garlic mushrooms go great with any protein of choice.

These 3 ingredients mushrooms are sure to please, just make sure you follow some steps to ensure your mushrooms are not soggy.


Ingredients:

20 oz package baby Bella Mushrooms

1 garlic head Garlic

1 bunch Parsley

1/2 stick butter

3 tbsp avocado oil



Instructions:

  1. Wipe mushrooms with a kitchen towel.

  2. Remove the stem from each mushroom And set aside.

  3. In a pan, melt butter and avocado oil together. Add mushrooms to pan.

  4. Coat mushrooms in oil and butter mixture. Then leave mushrooms for 1-2 minutes without moving until all liquid is evaporated and mushrooms have a crust.

  5. Add chopped garlic to mushrooms.

  6. Once garlic starts to turn golden, turn off heat and add chopped parsley.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
