Nutella Stuffed Baked Oat Bites
Mini Nutella Baked Oat Bites ♥️
The cutest Valentine’s Day breakfast or snack.
Ingredients:
♥️1 cup quick oats @betteroats
♥️1 egg @vitalfarms
♥️1 banana
♥️1 tsp vanilla extract @spicelyorganics
♥️1 tsp baking soda
♥️1/4 cup chocolate filling (I love @nutella and @eatnuttzo chocolate power fuel)
Directions:
1. Blend oats, banana, egg, vanilla extract and baking powder until puréed.
2. Fill half of your mold with batter.
3. Add a drop of Nutella or any chocolate filling in the middle and cover with more batter. I made have with @nutellaca and half with @eatnuttzo chocolate power fuel
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
